We went up to Stuart 2 weeks ago to go to an Open House on a house we were interested in buying. My husband and I were looking to purchase a rental property in the Stuart area. I reached out to our local Arizona Realty One agent and asked her to find someone for us in the area. A few days later she called back with Sharon’s number. I made the first call to her and immediately we hit it off, Sharon’s friendly personality stood out to me and her knowledge was heaven sent, since we knew nothing of the Treasure Coast area. I advised her that we were planning to visit in July of 2023 and that we had no idea how soon we would be purchasing. We arrived in July and met Sharon for the first time, she didn’t disappoint, she had places for us to visit and took us out for the two days visiting all the properties. By the time we arrived home a week later she had us on an MLS link that would show us properties available, based on our desires. We watched it for a whole year. We kept in touch with Sharron and she always offered to go out to take pictures or Face Time while doing walk-throughs of a properties we were interested in. It took a year, but we purchased. It is just what we asked for. Sharron is our rock star agent but what’s more important to my husband and myself is that is she has become a true friend that we hope to have for years to come. My wife and I live in Arizona and have been looking at South Florida for investment opportunities for about five years. During our vacation in July ‘23 we met Sharon, discussed our needs and the adventure began at that moment. Sharon was super patient with us and took us on several showings that week.
