Sharon did a great job in helping me find and buy my first rental property . She was very thorough with explaining all the details during the whole process . Also I find it hard to take time off of my job during normal business hours but Sharon always took the time to talk to me evenings after business hours if I had any questions that needed to be discussed .. When we started this process we knew we wanted to move but were overwhelmed by the "process" of moving. This was an out of state move, Sharon was very willing to drive hours and facetime the houses. She was very good at pointing out potential issues with the properties. Four families were involved in the closings on three different properties. The distance between the closing would have made it very difficult to coordinate but Sharon got it done with a very easy transition.
