Sharon listened to my needs and wants, she then incorporated her knowledge of the market and her industry to explain multiple courses of actions to sell my house the way I wanted to. I trusted her and had a contract on my house within days not weeks. She guided me every step of the way ensuring I knew and understood the process. If I had to do it over again, I would choose her each time.

Sharon helped us buy our home in 2020 and then sell it in 2025. She was AMAZING for both transactions. When we bought she fought like hell to get us the home we loved and didn’t give up even we the odds were against us. She closed the deal with a little trial by fire for everyone lol. When we sold the house we’re were out of state and doing everything distance. She was very responsive and diligent in getting everything coordinated and done in a timely manner. She fought for us again when we needed her to and was a joy to work with! If you need your home sold or you are buying she’s your girl!! Very friendly and personable! She is very knowledgeable of the area and has some great connections. She set our expectations reasonably and delivered!

Sharon is was great. I had a lot of issues with my house and just finding something that fit my family. I even threw in the towel and gave up finding something. Sharon found us as close to perfect a place as we could get and helped me get everything done so we could close. She put each of us ( family of 5) in mind while looking for our new home.
