Sharon was so helpful in locating property to fit our needs. She also set up a portal to help us view property online. She is very knowledgeable and caring.

Sharon Friedman is a very dedicated, hard working, knowledgeable Realtor. I have purchased many houses, both for myself and for investment purposes utilizing Sharon as my Agent to buy and sell houses. Sharon puts 150% of her energy and knowledge into representing her clients. If Sharon says that she will do something, it gets done: FAST. Sharon is always on top of every detail. Sharon puts her clients above anything else in her life. Sharon is the most professional, competent and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent I have ever met. When we looked for houses, it seems that Sharon knows everyone. She know other Agents and their support staff plus she was able to make referrals to mortgage professionals. Sharon is there for the whole process of finding or selling a home. I could call her with any questions at any time of the day and she normally knew the answers, is she didn't know the answer, she would find the answer, fast. Sharon is the most patient person that I know. She listened to what I wanted and like a bulldog, she went out and found it. Sharon was not interested in just selling me a house, she wanted to sell me the right house for me! Sharon grew up in Las Vegas and she knows the Las Vegas real estate market better than any other Agent that I have talked too. Sharon is easy to get hold of and she worked within my schedule. Before she showed me any houses, she reviewed them to make sure that they were suitable for me. She then was at each house with me and we viewed the houses together. Sharon always goes above and beyond my expectations. I felt that I was definitely in good hands with Sharon. Sharon is patient, she made me feel that my interests are her top priority and she is easy to talk with. Before you make any decisions as to what Realtor to use, talk with Sharon. If you don't like her, don't use her BUT, I'm sure that you will like her and realize that there is no better Agent in Las Vegas.

I am a real estate investor with 30+ years of experience. I live on the East Coast. I had a property in Centennial Hills, Las Vegas, I was ready to sell but was unable to get to Las Vegas due to health issues which prevented me from traveling. I contacted a real estate agent out there, Sharon Friedman, of Realty One Group, explained my situation, and hired Sharon as she promised to put 110% into handling the listing and sale of the home, and the various things that would need to be done as I couldn't be there (schedule the carpet cleaning when tenant vacated, etc). Well, Sharon immediately proved to be not only a liar, but incompetent as a listing agent. Among other things, she fabricated stories and lied to myself and several others involved in the sale of my property. I fired Sharon for her unprofessionalism and appalling behavior. I took on the roll of listing agent and communicated with the buyer's agent, on a daily basis, to the day of the closing, August 15th, 2016. Sharon still, and undeservingly, received the listing commission, but this will, among other things, be brought to the attention of the Board of Realtors, and other agencies where complaints will be filed. With over 30 years in real estate investing, and having dealt with hundreds of real estate agents over the course of those years, I can say with absolute certainty that Sharon Friedman is one of the most unprofessional, rude, and incompetent real estate agents I've ever come across. I would stay far, far away from this individual. Formal complaints against Sharon Friedman for her outright unprofessionalism, rude and unethical behavior is forthcoming.
