My buying experience with Sharon Ford was excellent. She really knows the market conditions in the area I wanted to move to. She and I had an in depth conversion about what features I was looking for in my home checklist as well as location to the water. She and I came up with a list of homes for showings and I made a trip to see about 6 or 7 houses in one day. We looked at the house that I ended up buying on the 3 home. I told her I still wanted to see the other houses anyway before I made my final decision and so we completed all the showings. We both knew after seeing the remaining houses that I was going to buy the 3rd house as it met my checklist almost perfectly.
