A Positive Experience

From the first day, Sharon proved that she knew how to sell a house!She made suggestions to "less is better" to clear away clutter, personal items were very effective. I appreciated her suggestions. They worked! Her knowledge of the market was realistic. My home was priced to sell. Most of all she was alwsys available to answer questions, solve issues in a timely manner. Since I had already moved out, I worried from a distance! She kept me informed and held my hand from a distance!
