Sharon is a great agent. She helped me stage my house at a low cost and gave me great advice on what small changes could be made to make the house more attractive (like some paint touch-ups, lighting and re-arranging the furniture). She is an excellent negotiator, she priced my house just right and is really good at helping her clients weather the emotions involved with selling your home. She works really hard for her clients, communicating frequently. I am very happy to recommend her to anyone searching for or selling a home.

She is an extremely honest and hard working individual, taking calls late at night and on weekends, and always making sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and regardless of what we needed help with, Sharon continued to go above and beyond our expectations. She has an extensive network, and when she personally couldn't help us, she found someone who could. She did a great job at keeping all parties on the same page to help expedite our close of escrow, and we truly feel we would not have been able to move into our new home without her.
