We live out of state and needed to sell a property in NJ. We chose Sharon because we had such a wonderful experience with her selling our other property 6 years ago. Sharon was very professional and advised us how to prepare our home for an Estate Sale.She set up an open house and within 1 week we had multiple offers over asking price. She handled several things that needed to be done in order to pass inspection, including repair work, obtaining permits and meeting with the Housing Inspector. We communicated on a daily basis and were kept up to date on progress.We are very pleased with the price and everything Sharon did to get the home sold. She is knowledgable, attentive and quick to respond. We would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
