A very difficult buyer... without Sharon s incredible effort and diligence..... wouldn't have happened..!!!! She basically had to organize and follow through on all the buyers list of wants and desires, making sure he was satisfied...also had to follow up after escrow closed to get money that was owed to us for items sold to buyers and left in the house.....
