Sharon is a fantastic broker! She recommended we sell our home after being our rental agent for 7 years. We had been contacted by an investment buyer to sell the home and we were interested in that buyer's offer enough to consider selling at this time. Sharon related that she had recent experience in selling a home that had been solicited by investment buyers. Her experience was that that sale netted the homeowner $40,000 over the offer from the investment buyer. In our case it netted us about $60,000 over what the investment buyer was offering.
