We were a family looking for a generational home to fill with three generations. We all had different ideas of what our home should look like and feel like. But then we met Sharon, Sharon Chrzanowski put us on a common ground. We had a conversation about what we wanted...what we needed and what we could afford, then off she went. The phone calls...text and emails were non stop. Sharon showed us places within our comfort zone and out of our comfort zone...She reminded each of us about eligibility and affordability. Sharon worked hard for us...she dealt with the many different personalities ..not always with a smile but always with an professional yet understanding outlook and response. She never gave up on any of us. We created a family chat so that each of us stayed on the same page. Once the magic happened of finding a home that would suit all our needs and wants, she still held our hands. She always reinforced us with her help just in case we did not understand something or just to keep motivating us to turn things in a timely manner. We greatly feel blessed and honored to have stumbled upon such a wonderful human. The art of her craft to sale was not her focus... the art of making us feel comfortable to buy most certainly was. Sharon wasn't to over or to under...she was just right.. She should hold the title "Home Buyer's Whisper". We thank God for each other, Our new home and Sharon. I stumbled across one of Sharon’s FB posts and was intrigued initially by property tax rates in SC. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy or was ready to buy, but Sharon kept me abreast of the sales and incentives of the builders in the area. I decided to venture down on a whim for a quick impromtu visit and ended up pulling the trigger on a home. I’m an out of state buyer who really didn’t know much about the area. Sharon swept in and took care of me from beginning to end. No matter the time of day or day of the week, anytime I had a question or bump in the road she was right there to handle it and reassure me.
