Sharon did a terrific job marketing and ultimately selling our rental house in Tacoma, a task made more challenging because of the need to deal with the existing tenants at the height of the pandemic. We were able to sell the property at a fair price in a few days, and she helped us get to closing even when we were presented with what seemed like a long list of extremely minor things called out in the inspection.

Sharon really knows her stuff and is willing to put in the hard work to get you the house of your dreams or sell your home. We had a particularly challenging situation in the midst of covid where Sharon successfully helped us sell our house (within 3 days of being on the market and above asking) and close on a new dream home in the country. I was particularly anxious about it all coming together but Sharon always answered my calls and kept me feeling like things were going to work out!
