Sharon was a great agent and person to have in our corner as my brother and I sold our father’s house. It was an emotional time for me, and Sharon was very sensitive and supportive during my indecisiveness at the beginning. Sharon was knowledgeable of the current market, and I believe that she gave us her best advice based on that. Once we gave the thumbs up, Sharon was committed to selling the house, she even washed some of my father’s curtains and rehung them to make the house more appealing. She communicated constantly, answering every question even if it was at 8:00 at night, and she was open to our suggestions. We received several offers and sold the house within a week, thanks to Sharon. She made the process easy for us, being present from the beginning to the day of closing.
