Thank you, Joel! We certainly did well for you! Fortunately having my Broker and Appraiser credentials gives me the knowledge of how to bring the highest and best to all my clients. You have to know how to dig for those comps in this crazy market! The first appraisal if completed would have been 30,000 less than contract price. What a difference was made with the single comp I presented. The appraiser assigned to appraisal was not paying attention. Good thing I do! I appreciate you working with me! Lets do it again real soon!
