My bottom price was $5K more than the final price, but the buyer’s initial offer was$15K less, which she negotiated. Sharon was totally awesome. Her experience, knowledge and communications skills are impeccable. She knew exactly how to deal with the developers that were buying our property. Every time they would try to change something that was not to our benefit she would say " don't worry I will take care of this" and that she did! She got us more every time that they would try to change something. I can not thank her enough for all that she did!
