Sharon was extremely knowledgeable about the market for mid-century homes and helped set a price for the home, stage it and locate a wonderful photographer. Sharon and Nancy accompanied all 67 showings and guided the sales process through showings, negotiations and closing all within 3 months! Sharon's years of experience and her professionalism kept the process smooth and calm.
