My wife and I were nearing completion on a new build and were ready to put our current home on the market, so we reached out to Sharon. She came by, looked at our home, made some recommendations for staging and brought some recently sold comps. We talked listing price and strategy and came up with an action plan. We shared a concern with Sharon about having a constant flow of people in and out of the home all week long. Sharon recommended we start off with a coming soon announcement to generate interest before listing, list on a Friday and then start with a couple of back to back Saturday open houses to give the opportunity for as many as wanted to attend the open houses.
