We needed very quick help to sell my father’s house when it was determined he needed to move into assisted living. As such, we were under a severe time crunch AND needed to maximize the selling price, both tasks made much more difficult in a housing market that was beginning to experience significantly reduced activity and downward price pressure. If Sharon could be cloned I think she needs to be in every single realtor's office. She is outstanding at her profession. She goes above and Beyond what I would consider her job duties.
