It͏ was a great experience working with Sharon on the liquidation of an estate property. Sharon was prompt and responsive to all my concerns. Having never dealt with a estate/trust transaction, her insight and patience were greatly appreciated. She gave timely advise reading the changes in the current real estate market and helped us by staging, marketing, and negotiating a successful transaction. She went the extra mile and made sure that both buyer and sellers had a positive outcome.
