We met Sharon just walking down Main St. My husband and I were newly married with a baby and looking for our first home. We welcomed us in, and began speaking with us as if we were family. She asked us about our likes, dislikes, our dreams, and what we wanted, as a family, in a house. She got to know us and we could tell she really cared about wanting us to find the perfect home. Pretty quickly, Sharon and her team found us homes in the area we could afford. Her team was just as amazing as she was. We found a home and started the very scary process of buying a house. Out of the blue, my parents decided to help us buy a house in an area outside of where we were looking. We found a house and fell in love. Absolute professional and beyond. We discussed all sorts of sales strategies. We calculated that i could invest X amount of dollars to get 2-3X more in sales price. I had plenty of cash on hand to do that. She was very understanding when I decided that I wanted to keep the price low for a young couple who were good friends and 1st time buyers. She made the process quick and smooth and everyone was happy. She also had several suggestions and contacts to optimize my credit to buy my next house....my true dream house.

The best buying experience a first time home buyer could ask for! Both Sharon and Teri educated us about buying a home, informed us on what to expect and helped us navigate what we really wanted/needed. The process started out with asking my fiancé and I questions about what we wanted in a home, rating them from most important to least. It was a great eye opener to what my fiancé valued most about buying a home and comparing that to what I wanted..... when I originally thought we were both on the same page. They encouraged us to get our documents/paperwork in order asap and WOW that made a difference when it came down to making that offer. They were able to get us home under asking and negotiate a new roof. During the home inspection, they pointed out so many "fixes" that I would have never noticed. They were very stern about all changes being made before we moved in such as screens being replaced over vents for raised foundation homes, gas lines being shortened to properly fit appliances, CCST to be done by a licensed technician. They were VERY attentive to every phone call and text we put through to them, getting back to us immediately. I felt very comfortable trusting them with working for US and being transparent from beginning to end. Not to mention, they were the most energetic and fun to hang with! PART 1: THE NIGHTMARE Before I get started, this property was an estate property that my late grandmother left to myself and my sisters...so it was already a very hard situation to begin with. And on top of that, we all lived out of state and were unable to be apart of selling process as we all had our own lives to live...Okay, now the experiences. While in the midst of a HORRIBLE (which is very much an understatement) relationship with another real estate agent, Sharon was introduced to me by a long time friend. Sharon came to me about mid way through the "contract" with the other agent. There was very little that Sharon was able to do at the time due to there being an agreement in place with the other. However, what Sharon was able to do was be my FRIEND! Sharon was there as just that. She helped me through the very strenuous and taxing situation I was in and brought light to my real estate darkness. She was calm, confident and professional even though she wasn't making a single red cent from me. There was even a point where I did in fact accept an offer while under contract with that other agent, and Sharon was very happy for me!!! That offer ended up falling through, but regardless, Sharon was there cheering me on! PART 2: LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL FINALLY, the contract to perform ended with the first agent!!!! I immediately hired Sharon and her team to represent me and my family and they quickly got to work. They were swift and efficient with their marketing tactics. They kept me updated regularly letting me know how things were going. They were upfront and honest with me allowing me to have realistic expectations (which the other didn't). And at the end of it all, they got my property sold so my sisters and I can begin healing from grandmas passing. Sharon and her team were God sent.
