We normally don’t write review often, but we would like to thank our agent realtor, sharmila! We were very impressed on the professionalism on the services she provided to us with respect to helping us sell our home. With the intersect rates hiking quickly, we were concerned the house would not sell for the price that we would want. As soon as we’ve contacted Sharmila Benedicto, she quickly went to work and strategically gave us advice - recommended, helped, and guided us on ways on the likelihood of increasing/attracting the customers; thus, increasing value to the house. She also recommended to list the house right away since it was the right time/season. So for only after a day, our house was listed on MLS. To our surprise, there were multiple offers as soon as they commenced the open-house and sold/closed on our house in less than three weeks, but that did not come easy. Whenever there were issues/concerns with the buyers/agents, she gave us a sense of ease and comfort, informed us in a expedient manner, and always affirmed us that everything would be resolved. So we would like to emphasize how much we appreciated her services and support also in a personal basis. We would definitely recommend Sharmila to anyone looking for a house or condo. Sharmila Benedicto was truly AMAZING!! As a first time homebuyer, I was really nervous, had a ton of questions, and had no idea what to expect. From the start, I felt there was an immediate connection between us! Before we went out to start looking at potential homes, Sharmila made it a point to find out exactly what I was looking for and always came back with prospects that were similar to what I wanted, and a few times gave me other options to consider. I really appreciated how transparent she was with me and took the time to explain thoroughly any questions or wonderings that I had. Sharmila is very knowledgeable about real estate and home ownership, and I always felt comfortable with her level of expertise. I appreciated that she worked hard for me and was very honest with me. I never felt like she was in a hurry and she made herself available to reach out to whenever I needed. Sharmila came prepared with 6 houses to show. She had done her homework before our initial meeting taking into consideration our preferences and budget. She was never in a rush. We even debriefed after every house we saw. When we found the house we wanted, she made the offer right away and took it from there. Communication skills are excellent! She kept us apprised with the developments during the sale. She took care of issues so we didn’t have to. Our experience as buyers was smooth and easy.
