Sharman Nicholson has been our realtor for over 16 years. Recently she has sold 2 properties for us that were vacant as we live out of state. Both took a good amount of time to sell and she constantly cleaned before showings and handled countless maintenance issues. She has gone above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. She is trustworthy, honest, patient, professional, and overall a wonderful person. One couldn't ask for a better agent and we wouldn't hesitate to give her a call if we decide to invest in Florida again.

Sharman is extremely professional. When showing me houses, that I was interested in, she would make appointments ASAP. If the other agent didn't have appointments available, she would go anyway to view the house. When I was sick with Covid, she went to several appointments and took videos. She would send them to me. She was excellent in staging the house before the pictures were taken. She spent late evenings, several times, going over bids on my property and on other properties that we put bids on. I would highly recommend Sharman to anyone looking for a hardworking, diligent realtor.
