"The two most genuine words that I can use to describe the service that I received from Ms. Sharlette Scott are “ GOD SENT”!!! After DESPERATELY seeking advice, direction, guidance and resources from multiple people in the real estate field, as well as several attorneys, I was continuously giving the run around with a promise to call back! My situation was EXTREMELY complex because my home had been sitting on the market for over a year in foreclosure status, while the realtor I hired prior to hiring Ms. Scott, put forth very little efforts into selling my property and continued to give me multiple reasons and excuses to why my property hadn’t been sold all year. In addition to my property just sitting on the market , I was being charged for everyday my property sat vacant, leaving me with close to no equity in my home! Through prayer, I was referred to Ms. Scott by a friend and by this time I was exhausted in telling my story! Throughout the whole time that I was sharing with her my situation , she was constantly offering solutions to each one of my hurdles that laid in my path. She took my stress and my doubts and turned them into hope. She was pleasant and confident and extremely hands on!! She created a plan of ACTION, executed it and what the other broker couldn’t do in over a year, she completed in three weeks tops! Amazed is an understatement! What Ms. Scott really made me realize is that their are still some good and caring people out there who genuinely finds pleasure and joy in helping people in unique and distressed situations.
