AMAZING! A friend of mine introduced me to Sharlene about 1 year before my husband and I bought our 1st home. Being "homeowners" wasn't exactly a thought to us at that time because we didn't believe we had the credit to qualify. Neither of us had bad credit, we just didn't have much of a history. Sharlene was so confidant in us, she explained every option possible for us. She gave us her card and we went on our way. About 6 months later, I gave her a call and said "let's do this" She recommended a great lender who was able to get us pre-qualified and helped us get the best possible interest rate and we began house hunting. At the time I lived in Central Phoenix, and was interested in moving out of the valley and into one of the newer developed areas. I gave her a pretty detailed idea of the type of house I was looking for and she faithfully sent me new listings every day that was pretty darn close to what I was looking for. She was so patient with us throughout the entire process. It didn't matter if I wanted to look at 20 houses in San Tan Valley then drive all the way to Maricopa the same day to see just one. She was so accomodating and just as excited to find my new home as I was. After a couple months of pining through the many listings, I found the "one" She held our hand through the entire process and we happily closed on our brand new home 6 weeks later! This gal is thorough and honest. She's not looking to just "close a deal." She wants to make sure the home you are getting is the home you truly want. I'll recommend Sharlene 1000 times! To anyone who doesn't believe you could qualify for a home of your own, due to lack of credit or background checks, you'd be surprised at what options you have.
