My family had a great experience with Shariqa during our home search in the summer and fall of 2019. We recently moved to Atlanta, GA from Ohio and were just getting to know the city. She helped us get familiar with the different suburbs based on our needs and narrowed down on the locations that interested us. She was very accommodating and adjusted her schedule in showing us new and existing homes. We ended up buying a new built which was about 60% complete. She helped us through each step of the process from contract signing till the closing date. She was highly engaged as we got the inspection done and the final walk-through to ensuring that the house was in a pristine state upon closing.
