I've never really liked realtors and Sharina has proved my point. After buying 7+ houses in our lifetime, we have never had such an inexperienced and incapable agent. We found the home, we managed the parties involved, and we signed the papers without her. One would think that wouldn't entitle someone to use your property for their own marketing. I'd have no problem if she had done anything at all to help but she inhibited communication with the selling agents, withheld information from us, and was not involved in the process whatsoever. We severed ties with her early on in the process when when it was evident she wasn't doing her job. She hasn't even seen the home until after we made the offer and requested she take a look at it. She showed up to the closing of our home. Took pictures with the builders agen and then posted them to her social media and Rogers Healy account as if she had sold the home. Rogers Healy and Associates, it's unfortunate that your priority in home buying/selling is the promotion of your agents and company and not aiding in buying and selling homes. If our interactions with your staff are any indication of the poor state of your business, I'm not sure I hold much hope for the DFW market.
