My brother and I were tasked with selling our moms home after her passing. Shari was there to guide us through this emotional rollercoaster like a true friend. Closing came and went with a happy ending for all.

Shari went above and beyond to help me sell my house quickly. She was very professional even when the buyer's agent was condescending and adversarial. She responded in a professional but friendly manner. She was knowledgeable about the market and what needed to be done to present the house in the best possible light. I happily give her my highest recommendation.

Shari help me buy a mining property in the Central City Co area. It was a bug learning experience for both of us. Even though the property had some big challenges. Shari stay right in the middle of it and I ended up a first time land owner. Shari’s patients and knowledge how to work through challenges was amazing to me and ultimately kept me in the deal to end up with the property.
