Shari Skaife

Shari is a mother powerhouse. I walked in to the first house I visited as I had JUST started looking at homes, and happened to fall in love with my new house. I was not prequalified, there was already an offer on the table, and the market is/was, apparently, pretty competitive right now. Guess what, Shari got me the house, still for under my budget and with it basically being completed to turn-key, meaning I didn't have to do any improvements on the house if I didn't feel like it. Kind of got to live the dream because of Shari. She is very respectful of boundaries, financial needs, and makes sure every single detail is covered. Not only that, she's very patient with the home buyer's beginner mind, meaning she explained everything for as much time as I needed to understand this complicated home buying stuff. Her lender was easy to work with too. I can't say enough about how awesome Shari and her team is to work with. If I ever buy another house in the North Bay, it will be with Shari Skaife, that is for sure. Respectful. Kind. Professional. Full of knowledge. Powerhouse. Trustworthy. Foundation of integrity. If I could give her 10 stars, I literally would do so.

Shari was wonderful, she was there early for us. She accommodated all our needs, very nice lady to work with. She is very honest and I would trust every word she say.

Shari helped my son get the house he wanted and negotiated the deal, kept him informed, guided us through the process, reassured us when we became anxious. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Santa Rosa area.
