Well I had faith but could NOT believe the 1st client she presented, put in an offer and basically it was sold that very 1st day. Saving us so much stress and worry about it sitting on market. The thing that really impressed me on both ends was her prompt responses. She was on the ball and didn't hesitate to answer any questions and calm me down.
