Shari Morris - Human Resources Professional to Human Capital Expert. She relocated to Georgia from Maryland in 1994. Over the 20 year long career in Human Resources, her duties were vast and broad but the common thread with every role and every promotion was her ability to connect and serve people. As was true with many companies in the midst of the pandemic, positions were eliminated and merged, one being Shari's. Most people's foundations would have been shaken by this major life change but not Shari. Her foundation and faith was established early on as a child.
After RE-grouping, RE-evaluating, and RE-focusing she was led by God to Re-direct her skills and talents to REAL ESTATE! After coming together to make the decision to assist homebuyers, builders and investors, she and her husband invested in themselves to partner together to accomplish this goal. Her husband set out to get his General Contractor's license and Shari obtained her Real Estate license.
Shari's extensive background and experience with crafting and implementing processes and her keen attention to detail has translated into her real estate career and has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home sellers and buyers and effectively creating win-win solutions for her sellers and buyers.
Shari's day to day hobbies and activities include singing, reading, learning new ways to implement technology, family, exercising and going to the beach. She lives by the motto, "Efficiency is doing this right. Effectiveness is doing the right thing."
