I would recommend Assist to sell and have given their information to several potential sellers in the subdivision already. We saved roughly $5000 with the fixed commission. I would definitely recommend their service to potential sellers.
Took care of everything from start to finish. Market analysis was right on. Great attention to detail. Generous with her time. Second time with Shari and will use her again when I sell my next rental.
This is the best company. They do everything that a real estate agent does at a fraction of the cost. I cant see a reason to anywhere else. Sharon McNeil was superb. She answered all my questions and responded quickly.
She knew the market, advised what was best then let me make the decision. She has assembled an extraordinary team which helped land my home 'under contract' in approximately 7 days, while several other houses (on the same street) sat (and are still sitting) on the market months later.
Shari has 9 properties for sale and sold 16 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
