I first contacted Shari Marquis an entire year before we actually put our home on the market. She toured the house - sat and chatted about what we had done with the home, and returned with a binder full of comps, pricing suggestions and helpful information that guided us through prepping the house to put it on the market. But then there were months of silence on our part as we considered our move. She must have thought we'd forgotten her. A year later, after four Nor'Easters wiped out our roof and chimneys, and much work was done to repair the damage and get the house looking its best, we contacted Shari again. She was ready and prepared new comps, re-toured the house, made helpful suggestions for de-cluttering the home for upcoming tours and answered all of our many questions. She always responded to our texts and emails in a timely way. Her advice was solid, her pricing suggestions were very reasonable and within 24 hours of our first open-house she'd sold our home! Full price! (we believe, in part, because she gave us good, honest advice about how to price it!)
