Great communicator and attention to detail

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and overwhelmed by the home buying process. Shari made it easy, hassle-free, and dare I say she even made it quite fun. Shari listened closely to the home profile/location I was looking for and provided me with many beautiful homes to tour. She was patient and understanding with me while I insisted on seeing many homes before going under contract. Shari provided me with an excellent inspection company to work with once we went under contract, and aggressively negotiated the repairs I wanted done before we closed. As an added plus - Shari is an absolute delight to be around and very fun to talk to. As a cost-conscious first time home buyer, I recognize that can be a handful to deal with at times, but Shari did an outstanding job alleviating my concerns and guiding me through the process. I will absolutely use Shari for my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th home as well!
