The sale of our home was an emotional time for our family. My brother Eric had been fighting his cancer battle for 10 years, and passed away. He worked with Shari in the past and he shared that he would like for the family to use Shari again when needed. When we lost Eric, we were devastated. And because we live out of town, we were forced to address estate logistics immediately. I contacted Shari and didn’t know where to begin. She and Gale visited the house the very next day. They were extremely kind, detailed, visual, and clear in their guidance. They handled our situation very delicately and were patient throughout. We had complete access to Shari and Gale at any moment and they provided professional guidance every step of the way! Leading into the sale of the home, Shar and Gale provided special staging touches (as we donated much of the home) and they were immersed into the home – like family. While I was working from afar with the pool cleaning company, Shari was constantly in touch, as they prepped for photography. They worked around the issue so we would not waste any additional time, and the photos came out beautifully. The expectation over buyer interest was right on! Its charm, upgrades, large pool, and location brought us two quality offers above listing by Monday. Shari worked around the clock to expedite the sale and nuances associated with the contract. And, the Title company made the closing process very easy to handle from afar, and once papers were signed, the sale was nearly instantaneously complete. The way that the house was managed was truly impressive – we could not have asked for anything more. Working with Shari and Gale has been a blessing. Easy and delightful.
