Shari Howard is absolutely amazing. We had a distressed property that needed to be sold quickly because of a family emergency. It was an emotional time, and a few other agents we spoke with were dismissive or just didn’t seem interested in helping. Then we met Shari. From the start, she showed real compassion and professionalism. She took the time to understand our situation, jumped right in, and handled everything with genuine care and confidence. Shari guided us through every step, from pricing and offers to escrow and closing, and made what could have been a stressful process feel calm and under control. She worked hard to get us a great price for the property and kept us updated the entire way. She’s the kind of agent who truly cares about her clients and treats them like family. A total pro and an A1 real estate agent all around. We’re so grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can fully trust.

Shari is exceptionally diligent, truly dedicated to her clients, honest & straight forward, very knowledgeable & trustworthy, she puts all her energy & efforts into her clients, I highly recommend her & 2Rivers Realty…. Big Thanks to you all
