Excellent team mate in a turbulent market!

My family bought and sold with Shari during a time when the market was just starting to be impacted by covid and was extremely unpredictable. We sold my house (an identical duplex unit) with Shari’s guidance on upgrades, paint, and staging. We ended up selling for 20% higher than the mirror unit next door had sold less than a year prior. On the buying end, Shari got to know our budget as well as our dreams for our new home, paying close attention to where my husband and I had different visions (sometimes being more astute than we were about ourselves).
