Shari helped the reviewer buy this property

Thank you so much Shari!

Thank you so much Shari! For those of you that are interested in buying or selling property...Shari Guess is your "person"! I don't write reviews, I usually pass good news and referrals through word of mouth. However, I felt the need to write a review on Shari because she was extremely helpful to me and my family! Long story short, I was referred to Shari Guess by my broker at the time of me trying to purchase my 1st new home. I explained to my broker that I wanted and needed someone I didn't know and someone I could trust because I had know idea what I was doing or getting myself into. I just knew I ready to purchase my 1st home and I wanted to be overjoyed with the home I purchased. I also prayed and asked God to send me someone I could trust. God did just that, he sent Shari Guess! Shari was there for me in EVERY WAY and EVERY STEP of the process of purchasing my 1st home. So, one year later and I'm so excited to be writing this review for Shari Guess...Shari took the time out to explain everything (the process)... I promise, Shari was and still is Heaven sent! So truly, the moral of this review is...if Shari Guess can help me succeed in my 1st purchase, then she can help just about anyone! I was a wreck during this process and she explained to me that she was not going to let me down and she didn't! if you are selling property she most likely will get you more on your offer and if you're buying she will get you in for asking price or lower...did I mention she gave me money out of pocket for a smooth successful closing! Shari Guess is the TRUTH!!! Thank you GOD for blessing me with an amazing realtor!!!
