Shari has been great to work with during the whole process. Shari knows the area very well and her knowledge helped get our lot sold. She was able to sell two of our lots for close to our original asking price. She knows the area very well and keeps in touch throughout the process. She makes sure that if she is not available that someone is covering for her. This was my first sale of property and could not have done it without her. Love the fact that she only takes one percent commission from the seller. This means more money in my pocket at the end. I would highly recommend Shari.
