Shari Guess is OUTSTANDING!!!

I can't say enough good things about Shari Guess. She is simply the best. We presented her with a tough set of criteria for our new home in Parker County, and on top of that, I am very, very picky. She took it all in stride and made it her mission to help find our dream home. Shari was patient, knowledgeable, and super kind. She knows how to read her customers and quickly figured out what we liked and didn't like, so as not to waste our time on possibilities that were not a fit. Once the contract was in place, Shari was on top of things and extremely helpful through the purchase process. In the end, not only did we find our perfect home, but we also made a new friend.
