I was in the process of trying to find a realtor to sale my home. Shari was recommended to me by a friend. My first impression of Shari was that she is very professional and upfront with me. I was able to give her a tour of my house and we were able to sit down and discuss several things including things that I needed to do to get my house ready to sale. She was very professional in suggesting things that I needed to do such as remove wall paper, paint part of my house to show more neutral colors, clean up and improve some of the landscaping around the house as well as update light fixtures and knobs on drawers both in the kitchen and bathrooms. To be honest I was a little reluctant to do some of the suggestions that Shari had made, but I had to keep in my mind that she is the professional and if I wanted to get the most out of my house and to sale it fairly quickly then I needed to make these improvements. Within a month I had these improvements made and I was getting closer to putting my house on the market. At this time I had moved out most all of my belongings. Shari suggested that we have the house staged as it will have a better appearance as well as to help sale the house quicker. Shari also suggested that once I put the house on the market that we have an open house as soon as possible. We did and I was amazed that we had 16 people tour the house within 2 hours. She was able to give me some feedback on what people had said that they liked or disliked about my house. This information was very helpful. In conclusion, my house was under contract within 14 days and I was able to get $30,000 out of my house by listening to Shari's ideas and suggestions. I know without a doubt that without her professionalism and experience I would not have sold this house this quick not to mention for that price.
