About Shari

Shari Frasure was born in Lexington KY but grew up in Eastern Kentucky. She moved to the Lexington area in the mid 1980’s and it has been her home ever since. Shari comes from a background of decades in sales and marketing and a Realtor since 2002, she brings her experience as a real estate owner and investor to bear when working with her real estate clients knowing this is one of the most important assets they will ever own. Since obtaining her Realtor license Shari Frasure quickly became a lifetime member of an elite group; the Million Dollar Club, now the Top Producers Club and has gone on to obtain several designations such as Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, E-Pro, Military Relocation Specialist, and Real Estate Divorce Specialist. Shari Frasure continues to hone her skills and keep up with the latest real estate marketing tools and applications. She is a trained Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce with Divorce This House and a CDC Certified Divorce Coach. Shari has pioneered and led many groups such as Moms in Prayer and the National Association of Divorce Professionals Lexington Chapter. She has earned real-life experience in motherhood now a grandmother (Shari says she loves helping young couples in the buying process) as well as a divorce in 2014 which makes her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers in transition. Although Shari Frasure was never in the military her heart desired to help those who served the United States and became certified as a Military Relocation Specialist. Shari also served as a board member of Lady Veterans Connect and supports the organization in helping women veterans who are trying to re-enter public life by providing them with housing and training while they learn skills to obtain employment as a civilian. Her experience with Lady Veterans Connect has given her a new empathy for this population of women coming out of the military. Shari Frasure entered the Real Estate world in order to continue her experience as the child prodigy of a father who taught her the best way to build equity and wealth was to own real estate. She wanted to provide a good experience when working with an agent and navigating the process of buying and selling property. She was hooked and hasn’t looked back. Shari lives on a farm in Clark County Kentucky and adores being a grandmother to her 2 grandchildren, the sun is always shining when she is playing on the farm with them.
