We had never visited the community where we purchased our new forever home after over two years of searching. On first contact we immediately knew Shari was knowledgeable about the vicinity and market, and was professional and competent, having extensive experience in real estate sales. Moving a long distance has its challenges, but Shari made the home-buying process simple from start to finish by selecting only criteria-provided properties, drafting and negotiating the purchase agreement, and coordinating inspection, title, and closing services while keeping us informed throughout the entire process. The best part about working with Shari was getting to know her and finding out she is a genuinely decent and kind human being, who works very hard and is good at what she does, but more importantly, knows the things in life that truly matter most.
