I grew up on a dairy farm in Pettibone, located in south central North Dakota. I attended MSU Moorhead & NDSU and obtained my bachelors in Graphic & Mass Communications and studied Architecture - which truly has shown to be invaluable assets to my profession as a REALTOR®. My husband grew up in rural Minot so we decided to make Minot home to raise our family. I currently live in SW Minot with my husband, Travis, our 3 sons; Trayton (15), Cohen (6) & Jarik (4) and our two dogs and cat. Besides living & breathing Real Estate, i'm passionate about music, design, art, photography, and I also enjoy baking/cooking & the outdoors! I volunteer for Boy Scouts, SVAS, United Way and the Salvation Army.

My full-time career in Real Estate started in 2010. As my drive for the industry grew and wanting to advance in my career, I obtained by Brokers license in 2014. In the meantime of that period, I also attained the designations as a Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute.
I advise and consult Sellers & Buyers with what is typically the biggest investment of their lives. As a REALTOR® it’s my job to help protect your interests, while obtaining the best price and terms possible. Non-Competing Managing Broker. KW Inspire Realty has a full-time, non-competing Managing Broker, Theresa Halvorson. This means a 100% neutral person in charge of our Brokerage who does not personally list or sell homes. Theresa is state certified real estate instructor who also is heavily involved with our State & National Association to stay at the top to continue raising the bar in our industry.
Licensed Compliance Administrator. KW Inspire Realty has a full-time licensed Compliance Administrator, Laurie Dirks. Laurie assures that our Brokerage has fulfilled their fiduciary duties when representing clients.
Privacy & Data Protection. KW Inspire Realty uses an electronic signature and secure cloud-based filing system called Dotloop. This means we DO NOT keep physical files in our office in a "community file cabinet". Your file and information can only be viewed by you, myself, my managing Broker & my compliance administrator.
