Sharene was present at every showing. She made sure photos were updated frequently. She checked on the house almost daily as the property was vacant. She kept me updated on viewings, buyers comments and concerns. She had the prospective buyer revisit the property before making an offer, and once in escrow, she was present for all inspections and additional necessary matters. Since I was out of town much of the time she kept me updated by text, phone and email and made it easy for me to review and sign documents when necessary.

We lived in our home for 21yrs. It had memories. Sharene, listened to our memories, upgrades, our needs, etc and valued our home, exactly as we thought. From the moment our home went live on the market, Sharene was in constant communication. Once in escrow (which was fairly quick) and soon became a very difficult transaction, we talked several times a day including weekends. It was 24/7 to close this escrow. She handled our frustration and tears personally professional. If it wasn't for Sharene's extensive real estate knowledge and patience, as she was more than helpful with our buyers agent as well, this transaction would of never been complete. It did finally close, she made my 12yr dream of moving come true. There is no realtor who knows Woodcrest and all about real estate like Sharene. I'm actually very sad to have met Sharene for this business transaction, I strongly feel we became friends during these past months and would remain close friends had I not moved away. She is simply the best!!!
