Shara was amazing! She sat down initially to determine my specific needs and get my outline of what an ideal process would look like. Then she responded by meeting all my needs and actually making the ideal process occur. She was extremely responsive and answered my calls immediately and was knowledgeable to answer all my questions. She worked with the buyer's agent closely to make sure that both parties were happy and expectations were exceeded. I had wanted an expedited sale of my home and she worked to list my property within 3 days of initial contact. The first day of list, we had several offers because of her marketing contacts and her networking with buyers' agents in the area. She was able to help me expedite the closing which served my needs and the buyer's needs as well. She definitely went above and beyond!!!
