Shanti’s market knowledge, communication and professionalism were superb. We had a long road as we started just as covid hit but she stayed on top of everything. We spoke nearly every day to keep me abreast of the process. Shanti even went out of her way to go by the house every couple of weeks to take pictures of the house to send me as I don’t live in the state and could not get there as often as I would have liked. Shanti’s market knowledge was also impressive and she was very resourceful as she had multiple banks/brokers at her disposal to help get the deal sealed. Shanti’s professionalism was impressive as she built a relationship between herself, the buyer, the brokers and the builders. Shanti would often arrange zoom calls with all the parties involved so everyone stayed abreast as to what was going on with the build. When Shanti signs on with you she is there walking side by side with you until the deal is done. Shanti is very loyal, authentic, and a trusted partner. I would never go into a build in her area without signing on with her. It is nothing like teaming with an individual who is truly sincere and not just in it for a commission. I would truly encourage anyone looking for a home to sign Shanti up!
