Shanti helped lock down the house I decided I wanted to purchase and was able to negotiate the price down to a level I was very happy with in a hot market. Owners were not local, so negotiation required a lot of finesse and patience which Shanti was able to maintain even during a few kinks that she expertly ironed out.
