Shantel accepted this property and did a great job preparing selling info and getting it listed in multiple listings. The times were difficult in this neighborhood and i was living abroad. But she did what it took to stay in touch and be proactive. She kept me up to speed on comps and events as they happened. She made helpful suggestions about how to improve the attractiveness and held many open houses. One of the bigger obstacles was the high property taxes. As I was out of country for most of the time, she went above and beyond and did all the leg work to prepare the documents, get my signature as needed and then apply for petition for tax reduction to the County. This resulted in a 17% reduction. This prompted the offer that resulted in the sale. I would highly recommend her for skills in this business!
