Shanon was very quick to respond when we needed anything - including suggesting fun things to do in the area with our kids. She helped us look at various properties, including the one we eventually purchased and was an advocate for us when negotiating. She pointed out highlights and concerns as we walked through each property. She was great at looking up additional information when needed and even left us a nice move-in present :).
