Shannon is the best. She really is persistent and worked with my busy schedule. I am a business owner and have a hard time making appointments, but she was able to meet me any day if the week. I can't say how happy I am to refer her to friends and family. I had a very complicated 203k fha loan, a renovation loan, and a Fannie Mae house which is a real estate agent's worst nightmare for most real estate agents, but not Shannon. I was very happy with the real estate services Shanon Tully provided. She was extremely knowledgeable from the beginning of the sale process (THROUGH) the closing. On her initial visit to my condo, she went through the place with meticulous detail and told me item by item what needed to be removed and what needed to be moved into a better location. She found a painter for me to do some repair work to the walls and even told me what the proper height of my chandelier should have been over the dining room table. She helped me stage my entire condominium and even let me borrow furniture pieces so I wouldn't have to spend extra money to finish the rooms completely. And talk about going the extra mile for her clients! When my sister visited me she let herself in the condo when no one else was there and accidentally locked herself out onto the balcony. No one was available to get her (BACK INSIDE) and so Shanon came to the rescue and was able to get over there quickly to let her in from the balcony. It didn't matter what questions we had or what we needed, Shanon was always available to answer them and to get us whatever was required. She consistently answered all my calls and emails within in an hour. Even though I only owned my condominium for a year before I sold it, Shanon, through her expert negotiation skills, was able to get me more than $20,000 ADDITIONAL MONEY ABOVE what I paid for the place. Shanon was instrumental in selling our condo. she gave us all kinds of insight we did not see when interviewing other agents. we did everything she suggested we do with our condo and it sold extremely fast and for more than we were expecting! when we were hunting for our house she took us way out of her normal area to search for what we were after. we spent an entire day driving around an area she was unfamiliar with but she had everything timed and set perfectly and we ended up finding our house that day. when we were closing on our house Shanon was extremely flexible with meeting me at whatever time I got off work. she was also very aware of the stress of buying a home and answered every question and concern my wife and i had. she always got back to us quickly with the answers.
